Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026 · Last updated: October 27, 2026
The rules for using Mons Media to connect TikTok accounts, publish content and work with a team.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mons Media (the “Service”), operated by MONS SUPPLIES LLC (“MONS”, “we”, “us”), 10217 Northwest 52nd Lane, Doral, FL 33178, USA. By connecting a TikTok account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or brand, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. The Service
Mons Media is a TikTok publishing tool for creators, brands and agencies. With the permissions you grant, it lets you view the account’s profile, statistics and public videos, send videos to your TikTok inbox as drafts, and post videos or photo carousels directly to TikTok. MONS operates the Service and also uses it for its own brands, like any other customer. The Service relies on TikTok’s developer platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and the owner of the TikTok account you connect or authorized by its owner. You must also comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Connecting your TikTok account
You connect through TikTok’s own sign-in screen, where you choose which permissions to grant. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or from the TikTok app. Mons Media only acts within the permissions you granted and never receives your TikTok password.
5. Your content and publishing
- You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant MONS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and transmit that content to TikTok solely to perform the actions you request.
- Content is sent to TikTok only after a person confirms it in the posting form, with the privacy, interaction and disclosure settings chosen there: you, or a member of a team you gave access to. Mons Media does not add watermarks, logos or promotional text to your content.
- You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have all rights needed to post it (including music, images and the likeness of people who appear), and that it complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, TikTok’s Branded Content Policy.
- When content promotes a brand, product or service, you must disclose it using the Service’s disclosure settings and follow applicable advertising laws, such as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides.
- TikTok decides whether and when content is published and may take a few minutes to process it. TikTok may reject, limit or remove content under its own policies.
6. Teams and connected tools
If you work with a brand or agency that uses Mons Media, you can turn on team access in your dashboard. While it is on, the team’s authorized members can view your connected account and prepare or publish posts on your behalf, always through the same posting form you use, within the permissions you granted and your agreement with that team. The team’s tools connected through the Mons Media API can read your account information and prepare content, which waits in your dashboard until a person reviews and confirms it; they cannot publish. Team access is off by default, and you can turn it off at any time or disconnect the account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or harmful content; impersonate anyone; connect accounts you are not authorized to manage; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other accounts; reverse engineer the Service; or use it to violate TikTok’s terms, policies or rate limits.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. Features depend on TikTok’s platform, which may change or limit access at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by TikTok or by law, or to protect the Service and its users. When an account is disconnected, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Statistics are provided by TikTok and may be delayed or inaccurate.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. MONS’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MONS harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify connected users in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
